Here you can find beautiful hidden places like the charming Arsenal marina and the Promenade suspended, a landscaped walkway built on the old railroad tracks of a viaduct. Underneath, in the Viaduc des Arts arcades, you can window-shop at exclusive art galleries. <br />
Located within a walking distance from the very center of Paris, you will find several grocery stores open very late in the evening, trendy cafes and bakeries here. The most famous open air market takes place on Place de Aligre (50m from the apartment) every day.<br />

The DISTRICT : the apt is in the heart of Paris, the most typical Parisian area with cafes, very nice restaurants, vegetables markets.... very central (10mn walking to the Louvre, Opéra and Le Marais – 20min to the Eiffel Tower, Sacré Coeur, trocadéro) and very safe. Bastille is also the heart of the fashion with a street full of shopping places like the famous rue de Faubourg Saint Antoine (50m from the ap.) <br />
The most: The apart is 5min walking to Gare de Lyon station witch deserve London, Berlin, Madrid and many important cities in France.<br />

3 bedroom (each very spacious - around 18m2) all very luminous. All the ap is equipped with double large glazed so the place is totally quiet. <br />
1 parental bedroom with view to a private interior garden with a fireplace, a large wardrobe and a dresser <br />
2 beedrooms with view to the street with a little balcony. 1 room with a large bed and one with a medium bed with a fireplace too. Both with a big wardrobe. <br />
