Proprièté vue mer sur avenue passante mais pratique car route du bord de mer. Accès privé à la crique rocheuse en contre-bas (300 m.), route à traverser. A noter que l'état de cette plage dépend de la météo. Accès immédiat à l'avenue et à la piste cyclable.Arrêts de bus à 300 m. pour Hyères, Toulon, gare, aéroport Toulon/Hyères à 8 kms max. Endroit idéal pour les adeptes de vélo, de plongée, de kite ou de planche ( spot de l'Almanarre à 2 kms en longeant la mer !!) mais aussi de pêche ou de farniente. Véhicule conseillé pour un meilleur séjour.<br />
