L'appartement est très lumineux et très calme pour un appartement de centre ville (double vitrage et grandes fenêtres), il est situé au 5ème étage et offre une vue superbe sur la ville et quand il fait beau possibilité de voir le Mont Blanc !<br />
C'est un véritable appartement de "canut", entièrement refait, alliant charme et fonctionnalité.<br />
Il mesure 7Om2, dispose d'un grand séjour-cuisine (pièce principale) avec canapé, fauteuils, très confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée : four chaleur tournante, grand frigo, machine à laver (pas de lave-vaisselle ni micro-onde en revanche !).<br />
Il comporte deux chambres très agréables et confortables l'une avec un grand lit en 16O, l'autre avec un futon neuf en 14O.<br />
Enfin, il dispose d'une salle de bain neuve avec baignoire.<br />
Seul point faible : un peu bruyant la nuit car il est proche des lieux phares de sorties nocturnes lyonnaises.
