********* ENGLISH : The house is 60 m². It is located in a calm alleyway that leads to Louis Aragon station, end of the line 7 that serves Place d’Italie in 12 min and Châtelet in 20 min. It opens on a small courtyard where the neighbors and we park our car. Behind there is a little furnished terrace to eat outside and have barbecues. There are 2 floors: on the ground floor is a big living room (30 m²) with the kitchen, a table, a sofa-bed and a toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (a double and a baby’s room) and a shower room. The house is baby proof and we can add extra bedding in the baby’s room to accommodate 6 people. Acces by A6, A86, A4 (Disneyland Paris) and ring road.<br />
