Attractive renovated townhouse with private garden near Paris
Our house is newly renovated, mostly new furniture and in beautiful condition. It consists of a ground floor with a spacious living-room (40 m²) opening onto a terrace and garden (150m²) and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the first floor: 1 comfortable and spacious bedroom and a baby's bedroom, a big bathroom with bath, double washbasin and an Italian shower. On the 2nd floor:a room (guest room with a personal office ) of about 30m2 containing a two place sofa. We also have a basement containing a laundry with washing machine and an oriental lounge (direct access to the garden). Our house is situated 5 minutes from the subway which connects to Paris in 15 minutes. We are near shops and other conveniences. You can walk or cycle on the banks of the Marne and Seine rivers and in the nearby very large park/wood, the Bois de Vincennes. (We are also only 25 minutes from Disneyland Paris). We are looking for an exchange anywhere in the world but our only imperative is that the accommodation be situated centrally, close to public transport and shops.
