Property description
Notre maison est une maison en pierres datant du début XVIII. Elle est entièrement rénovée. Sa surface est de 170 m2 et l'été, elle a cet avantage de rester fraîche. Nous avons 4 chambres : 2 chambres avec un lit double, 2 chambres avec un lit simple mezzanine, et un canapé lit dans un mezzanine. Nous pouvons accueillir 8 personnes.
Nous sommes situés à 20 minutes de Rennes, 1h de Saint-Malo, de Guérande, de la Baule et 1h15 du Mont Saint-Michel. Nous sommes situés juste à la sortie de bourg de Guichen, commune de 8500 habitants. On y trouve toutes les commodités : supermarché, cinéma, piscine, courts de tennis. Les balades en vélo le long de la Vilaine, notre petit fleuve, sont souvent très appréciées. Ici, c'est la ville à la campagne, l'idéal pour des vacances bucoliques.
