Property description
Our appartment is in a great building located at the riverside ( called La Marne). The building has been build in 1996, so it's a new one and it's known as the prettiest one of all the department.<br />
There is a big big parking outside but reserved for the residents, plus one individual underground.<br />
We have two balconies.<br />
The good thing about this flat is that your are NOT in Paris ,so when you are at home you are in quiet place, with a green sightseeing!!!!!! sometimes it just feel good to be without noise!!!!! just the birds!!!and the trees.<br />
BUT, you are not that far from there: 15 minutes by car. Bus station at 5 minutes walk. the train station is at 5 minutes by bus and 20 minutes walk.<br />
Shops and restaurants just in the city at 5 minutes walk too, you have two tennis clubs on the other side of the river,just on the opposite!!!!
