Very nice large townhouse (150m2) with garden located 10 minutes from Vincennes RER (which will lead you to Disneyland in 45 minutes) and 5 minutes from the metro (croix de chavaux) line 9 on the street 15 minutes from downtown Paris. Ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people like ours wishing to visit Paris and its surrounding parks. The area is residential and very calm.We are located very close to the Bois de Vincennes and its beautiful floral park that offers outdoor concerts throughout the summer. Our bikes are at your disposal. After well-filled day you can enjoy the garden for your family gatherings. During all the summer you may enjoy our tomatoes, courgettes, strawberries and aromaric plants that we grow in our lovely little potager on the terrace.<br />

The house is located In Montreuil, the area is residential and therefore very quiet. The metro line 9 "croix de chavaux" is in our street and the Vincennes RER is 10 minutes walk, there are also many buses.<br />
All take you to the center of Paris in 1 quarter of an hour. The RER takes you around Paris (Going to Disneyland takes 45 minuts straight from Vincennes and it is direct) Our bikes are at your disposal and you also have the opportunity to rent Vélibs 5 minutes. All shops, banks, postoffice, restaurants, cinema etc. .. 5 to 10 minutes from our lovely house.
