El barrio ofrece de TODO : cercanía a Museos, Restaurantes, Metros... Las mejores tiendas internacionales, galerías de arte... El corte Ingles.<br />

Metros mas cercanos: solo a 200 mts estación "Serrano" y a 350 la del "Retiro". También están muy cerca "Velazquez" , "Goya" y "Principe de Vergara" .<br />
Hay muchas líneas de bus sobre la avenida Serrano. Y en la de Castellana, unas calles más allá.<br />
Su ubicación permite caminar por el maravilloso parque del Retiro pues esta vecino, siendo ideal para los que quieren salir a correr cada mañana. Pueden hacerse deliciosas compras en el pintoresco Mercado de La Paz... Pero con solo bajar a la calle, las tapas y otras sabrosas comidas de Madrid os sorprenderán tras pedir una "cañita". Igualmente los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad están sobre esta misma calle, a pocos metros del portal.<br />
Los ambientes de la casa son amplios y su decoración discreta. Todo nuevo y limpio. Con sabanas y toallas de calidad, las cuales se cambian semanalmente.<br />
