The whole buildin was rebuilt in 2003, it has an elevator what is very comfortable.<br />
It is a 3rd floor of 4 floors. The kitchen has one window and the main space another one. <br />
It is an inside apartment, so the good thing of it is that you do not get any noise from the Street.<br />
It is located in Malasaña, one os the main an centrical neighborhoods of Madrid. Close to La Plaza del Dos de mayo, Palma street.<br />
It is close to diferent lines of the subway, and you can walk to almost all the main interesting points of Madrid.<br />
There are a lot of shops, groceries, nice cafés, cake shops, restaurants,clothing, all you may need.<br />
This neighboohood is where many astist live and you can feel that energy.<br />
I would say that it could be a little Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in Madrid.
