The apartment is fully equited icludind English Television and computer facilities. The gardens are extensive and has many landscaped features such as a man made stream which runs down a man made valley and has three bridges over the stream. The main bridge looks over our duckpond which the ducks share with the turtles. Our swimming pool is 33m long by25m wide and is commissioned in June and closed in october theough to June. We have 2 tenniscourts and an enclosed area for football and basketball.<br />
The apartment is on the 14th floor in Block "c" which has 19 floors in all. All the foors of the apartment are Terrazo and the kithchen floor is marble whilst the bathroom floor is ceramica.
