We live in a pretty single family town house in the city, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, kitchen, game children room, double garage, all in three floors. We enjoy a little private garden very nice from spring to autumn and also private communal swimming pool and tennis. We have internet access, PC, wide screen flat TV and a car available for use. There are heating in the entire house and a useful fireplace in the living room to enjoy during winter

We live in Valladolid, the capital of Castilla y León region (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valladolid). It is a medium city (400.000 habitants)with a lot of cultural places near Madrid (200 km) and very beautiful places. If you want to learn original Spanish, its University is one of the most antique in Spain, and also one of the most recognized place to do it. We are in family residential area, so the neighborhood is very safe and secure. We are located in the south of the city. We are very close to public transport (bus) and also all facilities: sport centers (horse riding, paddle, tennis, ice skating) supermarket, health center, church, cinemas, shopping centers and parks, bike riding. Even you can skiing during winter in different mountains in two hours by car. We are in the center of the region and very near (less than 150 km) monumental and cultural other cities like Salamanca, ávila, Segovia,…..Madrid is just in 50 minutes by High Speed Train.
