We are in family residential area, so the neighborhood is very safe and secure. We are located in the south of the city. We are very close to public transport (bus) and also all facilities: sport centers (horse riding, paddle, tennis, ice skating) supermarket, health center, church, cinemas, shopping centers and parks, bike riding. Even you can skiing during winter in different mountains in two hours by car. We are in the center of the region and very near (less than 150 km) monumental and cultural other cities like Salamanca, ávila, Segovia,…..Madrid is just in 50 minutes by High Speed Train.
