2 homes available. 1,400 sq ft. rancher style home, 2 bedrooms all on 1 level. Located on a golf course on the side of a mountain, with a great view of the Thompson River Valley in a new subdivision called Sun Rivers (visit www.sunrivers.com for a complete overview of our neighbourhood. Kamloops is located in the interior of British Columbia, a city of 85,000 population with 8 golf courses and a world class ski resort, Sun Peaks 45 minutes away. Visit www.sunpeaksresort.com to see the ski resort and the village. Kamloops is in a semi-desert area and is very hot in July and August so we have a 2nd condo on Shuswap Lake which is 1 hour away. Our condo is on the North Shore of Shuswap lake on the water. There is over 1,000 miles of shoreline and it is a very popular summer holiday location. Our condo development is only 11 units and although our unit is quite small (400 sq ft) it is very luxuriously appointed with cork floors, heated bath tiles, steam shower, heated Japanese Toto toilet seat with bidet. Stainless steel kitchen and all new furniture. High speed internet access. 1 bedroom with a 2nd bed (Murphy style) in the living room. There is 200 feet of beach and a boat dock available and a kayack for your use. We also have a Subaru All Wheel Drive Automatic which we can provide.
