Located in the Historic neighbourhood with plenty bars and restaurants and very close to fashion shops area, theaters and cinemas.<br />
It has 70 m2 inside and 25 m2 of terrace; two bedrooms (the main bedroom with matrimonial bed); one bathroom; air conditioned, washsing-machine, microwave, oven; internet WiFi, TV, DVD, CD...<br />
The attic, really, is very confortable, sunny and quiet. The terrace, in summer, is a delicious place<br />
