ZARAUTZ, 60m2, 2 habitaciones, 1 baño, terraza con mesa y sillas, 4 personas, a 200 m de la playa. Es nuestra segunda vivienda. Se puede practicar surf , navegar y jugar al golf. Apartamento de 14 años, muy nuevo, totalmente equipado con ascensor hasta el garage. Posible utilizar nuestro coche y bicicletas. Somos una familia con un niño de 12 años y una niña de 10 años. Queremos ir en periodo de vacaciones escolares a diferentes sitios si nuestra economía lo permite. (Semana Santa, verano o Navidades). Nuestra vivienda normalmante está disponible durantes todo el años excepto parte del verano ya que solemos estar en familia.

Está totalmente equipado. El apartamento debe dejarse en el mismo estado de limpieza en el que se ha encontrado. Si pudieran, agradeceríamos trajeran las toallas. Se podría usar todo, pero en caso de roptura se deberá dejar arreglado como se encontró cuando se entró en la vivienda.<br />

Zarautz, es una villa costera que está a 22 KM de San Sebastián y a 90 KM de Bilbao. Zarautz y los pueblos colindantes: Guetaria, Zumaia, Orio están en un entorno natural de belleza inigualable con sus playas, sus puertos deportivos y pesqueros. Zarautz dispone de todo tipo de servicios y nuestro apartamento está en un zona residencial muy tranquila con un largo paseo. Les aseguramos que se irían con un muy buen recuerdo del País Vasco.
