At home you will find an atmosphere of tranquility, quite familiar. The house is new (6 years) and has a community area with playground, pool and parking. The whole community is guarded 24 hours. The environment is an absolute privilege in the middle of the city of Barcelona.
The floor consists of a dining room, fully equipped kitchen (washer, dryer, oven, microwave ...), 1 room where children sleep, 1 room where girl sleep, 1 double room with 1 bathroom en suite, another bathroom and 2 terraces. All rooms have natural light, heating and air conditioning.

Nuestro barrio es tan tranquilo y las aceras de las calles tan anchas que los vecinos nos desplazamos fácilmente por él en bicicleta, patines o patinete.
This is our home. It is a flat of 100 m2 located in the Olympic Village residential area, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the iconic Borne district, an area of trendy shops, restaurants and a nice nightlife.
Our neighborhood is so quiet and sidewalks of the streets so wide that we move through the streets on bike, skates or scooter every day.
