Le climat y est très agréable toute l'année mais surtout en hiver pour oublier les " frimas" de l'europe, 20 ° au coeur de l'hiver assuré.<br />
Vous y trouverez une grande plage, des activités liées aux sports nautiques ( surf, bodyboard...), la pêche, les randonnées en montagne, du vtt, parapente, quad.....et des sites intéressants tel que des villages berbères alentours parmi les arganiers,la petite ville de Mirleft, la belle plage de Legzira beach, une coopérative d'huile d'argan à Mesti, et Goulimine à 50 kms avec une oasis aux portes du désert.....<br />

La maison se trouve en centre ville, au 69 rue ibnou khaldoune, accessible par voiture, dans un quartier calme, à proximité de tous commerces ( épiceries, four, boutiques, cyber café...) avec souk le dimanche, et à 10 mns à pied de la plage et en complète harmonie avec la population particulièrement accueillante dans ce coin du maroc.
