geographic center of Florida. Here in one of the City's favorite <br />
neighborhoods you'll find a wide array of first rate restaurants, <br />
casinos, gulfstream park horse race track, supermarkets, gas <br />
stations, mall, high end bar and restaurants, FLL int'l airport all <br />
within 5-10 minutes drive, coffee houses, gourmet food stores, night <br />
clubs, eclectic fashion shops and more in easy walking and car <br />
distance, not to mention some of the most favorable weather in <br />
Florida. <br />
Situated across the street from the area park, which has tennis and <br />
basketball courts and a children's play area, there is easy street <br />
parking with no permits required. A bus stop is just 4 blocks away. <br />
The City's famous Boulevard is 2 minutes away, where you'll find even <br />
more shops and restaurants as well as live entertainment. The Young <br />
Circle Entertainment Theater and its popular live free events are <br />
equally accessible on foot or via a short bus ride. <br />
The House has its own private entrance from the street and is a <br />
wonderful mix of "old-meets-new," as is typical of many Hollywood <br />
residences. There is ample room with French doors to completely close <br />
off one parlor of the living room as a private first bedroom using <br />
the comfortable queen bed. Our living room plus a butler's sink <br />
pantry opens onto a sunny, eat-in kitchen next to the dining room, <br />
which are fully equipped with dishes, flatware, coffeemakers and a <br />
full complement of cooking and serving utensils. A small deck off <br />
the living room overlooks a garden and big backyard with access <br />
to alley. The second bedroom has a full and twin bed and down <br />
comforter and also looks onto the garden. <br />
The bathroom features a Jacuzzi with shower and vanity cabinets. <br />
