Property description
The layout is a bedroom, a living room, a new bathroom, and a hallway, with a balcony off the living room. There is generous built-in storage: a large fitted wardrobe in the bedroom and another in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge-freezer. High-speed internet and a printer are set up for working from home, and the apartment is quiet and bright throughout.
A little about me: I am a freelance fashion designer based in Berlin, and I have been teaching as a lecturer at HEAD Genève for the past eight years. My home matters to me — it is carefully furnished and kept in good order — and I look after the places I stay in with the same attention.
I am looking for a simultaneous exchange in Paris, any length between four weeks and six months, at any point between October 2026 and March 2027. Six months in one place would of course be ideal, but a stay of four weeks is just as welcome. I am happy to have a video call before anything is agreed, and to put the arrangement in writing.
Home exchange in Berlin
Dreaming of a stay in Berlin without paying for a hotel? Home exchange is the most affordable and authentic option. Browse our 1 homes to swap in Berlin — from city-centre apartments to residential houses a few minutes from the historic heart. Why choose Berlin for a home exchange? Because the city offers everything today’s travellers want: rich cultural heritage, a lively food scene and welcoming residential neighbourhoods. Staying in a real home rather than a hotel means experiencing the local atmosphere day after day. To pull off a successful exchange in Berlin, we recommend planning 2 to 6 months ahead, especially for high season. The more complete your listing and the more polished your photos, the more local hosts seeking a reciprocal exchange in your own region you’ll attract. Kids love home exchange in Berlin: they discover a new bedroom, new toys, sometimes a garden or a pool. For them, it’s a real adventure and a chance to experience another family lifestyle. Hosts often leave pointers to local kids’ activities. Our team actively moderates listings and supports new members through their first exchange in Berlin. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with any question — we’re based in France and reachable in French.
