This 'cottage' is a very small three bedroom rambler style set on acreage in the middle of a landscaping/nursery business - litterly. We have a nice deck, that includes a small BBQ and a hot tub. Our home is somewhat 'rustic' in that we don't have upscale anything and there is room for improvement in just about every area. It is clean, but worn. There is also a large treehouse that has electricity and cable. It has a sliding glass door and a children's slide off another door. It is used mostly for a playhouse for the grandchildren.

Surroundings

We are located in the east highlands of Renton, which is south east of Seattle. Downtown Renton has a bit of charm; the Cedar River runs through the middle of town with a very nice 'river walk'. There are quite a few antique stores and then all the usual 'box' stores (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, etc.) Downtown Seattle is about 30 minutes away, as well as is, the Bellevue/Redmond area.
