Brand-new spec home we built that we use as a guest house for our out-of-town visitors. It is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood that is two blocks from the premier downtown of Winter Park. This house is a five-minute walk to fabulous restaurants and superb shopping. Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc. are about 15-30 miles away. The beautiful New Smryna and Cocoa Beaches are about an hour away by car. We would be happy to provide you with a list of museums, sporting activities, restaurants, beaches, theme park tips, etc.
