We would like to swap our 3 room apartment near the lake of Zuerich for April and May! Complete furnished apartment with a balcony, shared garden and two bedrooms (one with children bed and toys). 10 minutes from the Opera of Zuerich and Bellevue, 5 minutes to walk to the beautiful lake with swimming spots and cafes, restaurants...Many playgrounds for children around and shops! Wir möchten gerne unsere schöne drei Zimmer Wohnung am Zürichsee für zwei Monate im April und Mai tauschen, da wir beruflich in Berlin sein werden. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert mit Wannenbad, voll ausgestatteter Küche und Kinder/Gästezimmer (Doppelbett). Im Schlafzimmer ist ein 1,80m-2,10m grosses Bett und ein Kinderbett vorhanden. Es gibt einen Garten und eine Waschküche zur Mitbenutzung, sowie Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Zürichsee ist in fünf Minuten erreichbar, 10 Minuten zum Bellevue und es sind viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien oder Paare und sehr hell, in der ersten Etage gelegen. Internet und TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden, sowie bei Interesse eine Parkkarte für die Gegend.
