The area is new but close to downtown (15 min walking). It is right In front of the river promenade where you can go jogging, cycling, etc.., You can rent a bike. Near to parks. Easy for moving around. We have another properties with the same style, wich we can also exchange: - A new big house 30 min. faraway, in the country side in the middle of a pine wood. - An apartament in front of the see in Tarifa ( 2.1/2 h. by car). It is a nature area perfert for windsurf and nature lovers. Very fashion place too.
