Our apartment ( 150 m²) is in a small street with a 3 min walk to the next tube station. It is a typical so called Altbau, (house from the 1920s with modern kitchen und bathroom facilities) with high ceilings and wooden floors. In the back there is a small garden open to all the tenants. ( usually empty)Although one is in the city it is very quiet. With public transportation one can easily get everywhere in Berlin and Potsdam. Several nice playgrounds in walking distance.
