The "lil' house" is a very charming and quaint house in Brittany. It is located in Cancale, near the sea and the Bay of the Mt St Michel. All the rooms in the house face South and have view on an enclosed garden (1000m2) with apple trees, cherry trees, etc ... On the ground floor there are a large welcoming kitchen with all the equipment, a large living/dining room with a large fireplace, a "nat'anis" bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms ("girls' room" and "boys' room") and toilets. Outside there are a large garden fenced by a wall made of local stones and a garage. One huge advantage of the "lil' house" is of course its location !

The "lil' house" is located in a fenced garden, and nobody can see anything from the outside. So many things are only a walk away from the house … the sea, the beaches, the hiking trails, downtown … The house faces South which allows you to enjoy the sun as soon as it rises and then you can enjoy the nice weather in the garden/backyard, sheltered from outsiders and from the wind ! Since we are in Brittany and on the waterfront, there is so much you can do: ocean, beach, fishing, oyster beds (Cancale!), sailing, horseback riding, tennis, golf, hiking (you can walk along the "chemin des douaniers" that goes through the most beautiful landscapes of the region). You can also go a little further and visit Saint-Malo, the Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Dinard, the Chausey-Guernesey-Jersey islands, etc ...
